Lucy’s Montana Manor offers furnished lodging designed for longer stays. It is not a hotel and does not operate as a short-term, high-turnover property. Guests typically stay for weeks rather than nights.

This lodging works best for:

• Professionals on temporary assignment
• Remote workers seeking a quiet, stable place to live
• Guests who value calm, cleanliness, and routine

Length of Stay

Lucy’s Montana Manor is designed for extended stays. Short, one- or two-night visits are generally not a good fit. Minimum stay is 14 days.

Private and Shared Spaces

• Each guest has a private furnished room
• Common areas are shared, including guest bathrooms (except the Bunkhouse)
• Shared spaces are designed for respectful, everyday use

Owner Presence

The owners reside on the premises in a separate, private area of the Manor. Guest rooms and guest-use spaces are distinct from owner living areas.

Owners maintain the property and are available as needed, but do not share guest rooms or guest-use spaces as part of daily living.

Parking

Guest parking and owner parking are separate, allowing for clear boundaries and privacy. 

Bathrooms

• Upstairs guest rooms share a traditional guest bathroom, consistent with the original design of historic homes
• The bathroom is maintained as part of regular household care

• Lucy’s Bunkhouse includes a private bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub 
  • The tub is the primary bathing fixture
  • There is no separate shower

Kitchen Setup

Guest rooms include in-room kitchenettes designed for:

• Quick meals after shift
• Warming up food
• Everyday, simple prep

Kitchenettes are not full kitchens and are not intended for extensive cooking.

Lucy’s Bunkhouse is a more private, self-contained space set apart within the home.

Quiet and Daily Rhythm

The Manor maintains a quiet, work-friendly atmosphere, particularly during evening and overnight hours. This is important for guests on varying schedules, including night shift workers.

Pets

    •    One well-behaved, pre-approved dog may be considered in certain rooms

    •    Dogs must be disclosed and approved in advance

    •    Not all spaces are suitable for pets

Booking and Requests

Availability is confirmed by request so we can ensure a good fit for both guests and the home. Guests are asked to share dates and a few details about their stay before confirmation.

Billing & Notice (Weekly)

Billing & Notice (Weekly): Weekly billing runs Friday–Thursday. Mid-week arrivals are billed for a short stub period through Thursday, then transition to the Friday cycle. Stays auto-renew week-to-week unless written notice is received by Thursday at 5:00 PM prior to the next Friday cycle. Optional: guests may prepay 4 weeks at a time (applied as credit to upcoming weeks).
