These Terms and Conditions apply to all stays at Lucy’s Montana Manor. By requesting and confirming a stay, guests agree to the following terms.

Nature of the Lodging

Lucy’s Montana Manor provides furnished lodging designed for longer stays. It is not a hotel, bed and breakfast, or short-term vacation rental. Stays are confirmed by request to ensure a good fit for both guests and the home.

Confirmation of Stay

A stay is considered confirmed once:

    •    Dates are agreed upon, and

    •    Any required payment or deposit is received.

Confirmed dates are removed from availability and held specifically for the guest.

Length of Stay

Lucy’s Montana Manor is intended for extended stays. Short, overnight, or high-turnover stays are generally not a good fit.

Private and Shared Spaces

    •    Guests have private furnished rooms.

    •    Certain areas of the Manor are shared, including guest bathrooms (except for Lucy’s Bunkhouse).

    •    Shared spaces are intended for respectful, everyday use.

Lucy’s Bunkhouse is a more private space set apart within the home and includes its own bathroom.

Owner Presence

The owners reside on the premises in a separate, private area of the Manor. Guest rooms, guest-use spaces, and guest parking are distinct from owner living areas.

Quiet and Conduct

Lucy’s Montana Manor maintains a quiet, work-friendly environment. Guests are expected to:

    •    Be respectful of other guests and shared spaces

    •    Observe quiet hours, particularly during evenings and overnight

    •    Avoid disruptive behavior, gatherings, or parties

The Manor is not suitable for frequent visitors or social events.

Kitchen Use

In-room kitchenettes are provided for quick meals after shift and warming up food. They are not full kitchens and are not intended for extensive cooking.

Pets

    •    One well-behaved, pre-approved dog may be considered in select spaces

    •    Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance

    •    Approval is discretionary and may be revoked if expectations are not met

Smoking and Substances

Lucy’s Montana Manor is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and early departure are governed by the Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and further listed below.

Early Termination

Lucy’s Montana Manor reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these Terms are materially violated, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, unauthorized guests, or failure to respect shared spaces.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Lucy’s Montana Manor is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Changes to Terms

Terms and Conditions may be updated as needed. The version in effect at the time of confirmation applies to the stay.

Questions

Guests are encouraged to ask questions about these Terms before requesting a stay so expectations are clear.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Lucy’s Montana Manor provides furnished housing for longer stays with limited availability. Because stays are reserved in advance and spaces are held specifically for each guest, the following policy applies.

Holding a Space

Once a stay is confirmed and payment or deposit is received, the space is removed from availability for the requested dates.

Cancellations

    •    Payments and deposits are non-refundable.

    •    This includes cancellations made before arrival.

    •    Changes in work assignment, travel plans, or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

Early Departure

    •    Refunds are not provided for early departure or shortened stays once occupancy has begun.

    •    This applies regardless of reason.

Non-Arrival

    •    Failure to arrive on the confirmed start date without prior notice is treated as a cancellation and is not refundable.

Limited Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered only in rare circumstances, such as verified emergencies, and are handled at the sole discretion of Lucy’s Montana Manor.

Important Note

Lucy’s Montana Manor does not operate as a hotel or short-term rental. This policy reflects the nature of reserved, longer-stay housing rather than nightly lodging.
